Calculation assumptions

Initial manual work is estimated at 1 day per agent and €500 per day. It is compared with a twelve-month subscription that includes assessment and monitoring. These are not identical services. The difference is not a guaranteed net saving: setup, additional information gathering and human review still need to be accounted for. The plan shown covers 25 agents; the platform and any other registered objects are billed in addition. Current monthly rates, excluding VAT: €490 for the first 25 objects, then €12 per additional object up to 250, €4 up to 2,500 and €2 beyond that. Ten minutes is a batch target, not a guaranteed turnaround time.

An object is a software tool, an agent, a connector, a model or an item in a category you define.

What the plan includes

Regulatory packs and internal rules, assessment and information collection, assessment dossiers, API and MCP, exports and decision history. Pricing scales with the number of objects; the calculator uses the current rates.

Before we
meet.

What is an object?

An item you want to govern: software, an AI system, an agent, a connector, a model… You can also define your own categories, such as a business process or a database. Each item entered in the register counts as one object.

Do we need to redo our questionnaires?

Your existing policies, questionnaires and documents can feed into the dossiers. Eunoma finds the relevant information, keeps its sources and asks only for what is missing.

When is assessment automatic?

When the required information is available, especially for exportable agents on a platform that has already been assessed. Eunoma reuses shared information and analyses each agent’s instructions and tools. Software with missing information may need additional answers.

Who makes the decisions?

Eunoma applies the rules you have enabled and prepares the dossiers. Your organisation defines the actions, responsible people and approvals required. Human decisions remain attributed and traceable.

Can we use Eunoma from our existing tools?

Yes. APIs and the MCP connection let your tools and assistants create records, provide information and retrieve results, with the permissions you grant them.
